All our orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business day via US Postal Service unless an alternative shipping method is requested and confirmed in advance. Shipping costs do not include insurance. If you want your item insured, write "request insurance" in the note field. It is the buyer's option but it is highly recommended as we are not responsible for carrier delays and/or carrier related damages to merchandise.
DAMAGE PRODUCT CLAIM
Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, let us know so we file a claim to investigate the situation. In most circumstances, we will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. Please keep the box unopened with all packaging material.
